On the basis of stable production and guaranteed supply, the project of "Improving self-generated electricity" is carried out to improve the ratio of self-generated electricity and reduce the power consumption per ton of steel. Zhongzhi Chengcheng cable laying successfully completed
The on-time operation of the desulphurization project of Hebei Xinda Iron and Steel Raw Material Plant determines the normal production of sintering. The original power supply mode of sintering is 3 3×300 high voltage cables for the sintering. The total length of the cables is 1280 meters, the maximum carrying current of the cables is 1200A, and the maximum current during the sintering production is 1080A. The original power supply can not meet the power consumption of desulfurization project.
The desulfurization project needs to increase 430A current on the basis of the original current, increase the load of the existing high-voltage cable, according to the design requirements, need to add 5 new 3×300 high-voltage cables, and the cable procurement and laying costs up to one million yuan.
In line with the principle of "reducing all the costs that can be reduced", not only to ensure the sintering desulfurization electricity, but also to save money for the company, the energy and power plant decided to complete the work independently. Factory director Yan Xuejun immediately organized relevant personnel to hold an emergency deployment meeting, and after careful planning and detailed arrangements, formulated a solution: Using the original sintered 1 repair power supply 3*240 and the 3*240 high voltage cables not used in the recovery cable corridor 460 meters, 2 3*240 cables for sintering desulfurization and electricity, the cables are recovered by the energy and power plant, and then laid after the recovery is completed.
This cable laying is very difficult, involving high-altitude work, cable laying needs to be carried out at a height of 16 meters from the ground; The site operation environment is complex, including many live cables around the cable laying, and it is necessary to pay attention to cable safety at all times; Cold weather makes cable recovery and laying more difficult. The high and low voltage management section has become the main force of laying, and the personnel are rationally allocated for cable laying.
In order to ensure the smooth progress of the laying work, the energy and power plant formulated a safe and efficient construction plan in advance, inspected the equipment of the climbing personnel one by one, and conducted special safety training on the safety knowledge and cable laying precautions for the laying personnel. After 17 days of hard work, a total of more than 920 meters of cables were laid. Successfully completed the cable laying from the 35kv substation to the sintering high-voltage distribution room, ensured the normal electricity consumption of the desulfurization project in the first time, and saved the company about 2.3 million yuan in high-voltage cable procurement costs and laying and construction costs.
Make all-out efforts to tap the potential for energy conservation and consumption reduction
In order to continuously reduce the energy consumption of the unit, the energy and power plant takes the initiative to tap the energy saving potential, comprehensively survey the energy consumption of the unit, actively carry out technical research around reducing the gas consumption per unit and the power consumption rate of the plant, and continuously optimize the performance indicators of the unit.
The power consumption level of a generator set was 7.84%, and the research team set the target of reducing the power consumption rate of the plant to 7.5%. In order to achieve this goal, several measures have been formulated: First, under the guidance of fine operation, personnel in key positions such as boilers and steam turbines are trained in power saving knowledge and practical operation ability, and their ability to tackle key problems in reducing self-use power rate is enhanced; The second is to adhere to the activities of exploring potential for the standard, holding weekly branch meetings to sum up experience, find shortcomings, and cultivate employees' ability to see more, think more and analyze more in operation to ensure that problems in the work can be solved in a timely and effective manner; Third, in the process operation mode, the analysis and monitoring of large power consumption equipment, such as circulating pumps, feed pumps, fans, etc. When the load is low, stop the operation of one circulating pump, and when two circulating pumps need to be started to recover rubber balls, the night valley time is used to start to save electricity. Timely operation adjustment, standardized and reasonable use of frequency conversion equipment.
Through optimized management, the power consumption rate of the plant from October to December in 2023 decreased by 0.18%, 1.44% and 1.27% respectively, and the electricity consumption from October to December reached 100.26 million KWH, saving about 501,300 yuan of electricity.
