Especially in summer and winter, he will pay more attention to the screening situation, because of the seasonal characteristics, it may cause the grate to be blocked, affect the grade of raw materials into the furnace, and have a direct impact on the blast furnace permeability. Therefore, he will pay special attention to the screening link in summer and winter to ensure the screening quality, create good smelting conditions for the blast furnace and reduce smelting costs. Work together to strengthen process operation, implement low silicon smelting, reduce fuel consumption and spare parts consumption in production, respond to changes in external furnace conditions at any time, and proactively report and put forward reasonable suggestions when there are fluctuations in furnace conditions.
