Recently, the No. 2 heating furnace of Turkey Tosyali Steel Group 1800mm hot rolling line designed and supplied by MCC Jingcheng Phoenix Furnace Company successfully produced red steel, and the operation effect was good, marking the successful operation of Turkey Tosyali hot rolling heating furnace project. The project has built two 400t/h walking beam hot rolling furnaces and auxiliary facilities, which is the largest output heating furnace project undertaken by Chinese enterprises overseas. The project adopts the world's advanced heating technology and equipment, and applies advanced technologies such as ultra-low nitrogen combustion technology, accurate control technology of furnace atmosphere, and water beam vaporization cooling technology to build the project heating furnace into a green, efficient and energy-saving benchmark heating furnace.

In the construction of the project, the project team of MCC Jingcheng Phoenix Furnace Company carefully planned and deployed in advance to overcome all kinds of difficulties, especially in the critical moment of the sudden 7.8 earthquake in Turkey, the on-site personnel were fearless, stuck to their posts, demonstrated the "Chinese responsibility" with fearless spirit and a high sense of responsibility, and successfully completed various tasks.
