Corrosion of metal structural components in marine environmental engineering is a global problem, and anti-corrosion technology has become a global focus. It can be roughly divided into: firstly, adjusting the alloy composition in steel to make it corrosion-resistant. The second is to form an anode protection layer by coating with a metal layer, and to protect the steel substrate from corrosion by sacrificing the anode protection layer. In order to address this technical challenge, the Science and Technology Management Department of the Human Resources and Planning Department of Hebei Xinda Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. organized the scientific and technological research and development personnel of the two steel companies to implement a patent layout in the technical research and development of the project. 60 patents were laid out in the field of metal coating technology for long profiles, achieving market control through patents. Hot rolled H-shaped steel and hot-rolled ribbed steel bars for reinforced concrete have become the main construction steel used in modern architecture. Xinda researchers are committed to producing continuous hot-dip galvanized H-beams and hot-rolled ribbed steel bars through the "continuous rolling and plating process" based on surface hydrogen reduction technology; At the same time, the technology of electroplated ribbed steel bars has also been developed. The above technology has applied for 8 invention patents and 32 utility model patents. The production process of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars by continuous rolling and plating is achieved through sequentially setting up hot rolling equipment, high-pressure water descaling equipment, alkali washing degreasing equipment, online surface hydrogen reduction galvanizing equipment, cooling equipment and chemical passivation equipment, and finished product finishing equipment, etc., to achieve the "continuous rolling and plating" process of hot-rolled ribbed steel bars and online galvanizing. The core point of this technology lies in the surface reduction of hydrogen nitrogen mixed gas and non oxidized galvanizing, eliminating the technical bottleneck problem of high-temperature oxidized iron sheets affecting galvanizing of ribbed steel bars after rolling, which is a huge technological progress in the industry. At the same time, this technology utilizes the high-temperature residual heat energy of hot-rolled products to reduce the unit energy consumption of galvanized products and achieve carbon reduction, which belongs to the low-carbon green product production process.

In addition to technical layout, Xinda researchers also focus on metal coated product testing, making product performance more scientific and reliable. We have developed a series of patents for the method and device of simulating corrosion experiments on hot-rolled H-beams in marine environments, a series of patents for the method and device of soil corrosion testing on hot-rolled H-beams, a series of patents for the method and device of accelerating simulated seawater alternating corrosion and free falling impact testing on reinforced concrete structures after corrosion, and a series of patents for the corrosion simulation testing device of reinforced concrete composite materials. The above technology has applied for 5 invention patents and 15 utility model patents. Among them, the method and device for simulating corrosion experiments on hot-rolled H-beams in marine environments have achieved the ability to simulate real marine environments in the laboratory and conduct corrosion resistance experiments on hot-rolled H-beams, ultimately obtaining accurate corrosion resistance experimental data of hot-rolled H-beams in marine environments. During the process, the hot-rolled H-shaped steel sample is welded to the experimental base, and then the experimental base is fixed to the base inside the experimental container using fastening bolts; Inject the sampled seawater into the experimental container, use a wave making device to simulate the erosion of hot-rolled H-shaped steel samples by waves, use an incandescent lamp to simulate ocean lighting, use an oxygenation device to simulate the adjustment of oxygen and carbon dioxide content in the seawater in the experimental container, use a temperature control device to simulate the temperature of seawater in the ocean day and night, and use the experimental container in conjunction with an underground storage tank to achieve control of the tidal ocean environment. Conduct experiments on alternating dry and wet seawater erosion.
